ELLTA Conference 2017
People of ELLTA Conference 2017 hired us. They wanted to advertise how diverse the conference is. ELLTA stands for Exploring Leadership and Learning Theories in Asia. They hold conferences, internationally, once in a year.
The Challenge.
Our challenge was to attract international scholars/ professionals and let them know that ELLTA is happening.
The Target.
The target was to make people communicate with each before the conference so that more meaningful discussion is formed when the conference happens.
…and we started working.
We designed a campaign, advertising how ELLTA Conferences has attracted diverse groups of scholars in the past. Past references helped people understand the ‘feel’ of an event. We informed people about the event: the interesting ELLTA Conferences’ themes and sub-themes, conference program design, and relevant information. From there, we ran a campaign illustrating how ELLTA is different from other conferences.
Campaigns such as: “ELLTA is more than an event”, “Why attend ELLTA?”, “ELLTA is all about”, “Don’t forget to meet”, and “ELLTA is for you”
The Results.
The conference attracted submissions from over 70 countries and traffic from over 150 countries. The largest conference hosted by ELLTA Association.
